How to submit a support ticket?
Step 1: Login to Clientarea
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password. Click the “Login” button to access the Clientarea page.
Step 3: In the Clientarea page, locate “Tickets” and click on it.
Step 4: In “My Support Tickets” page locate and select the “Open Ticket” button in the side bar.
Step 5: In the “Open Ticket” page fill out the fields such as subject, message etc and click the “Submit” button.
