How do I transfer my uk domain to Solelyweb?

Important: Before you submit to transfer your .uk, co.uk, me.uk, org.uk, .wales, .cymru domain name to Solelyweb, please do the following:

Step 1: Place a "Transfer" domain order on our website 
Once you have done all these in place, click here to place a domain transfer order.

Step 2: Transfer .uk, co.uk, me.uk, org.uk, .wales, .cymru domains to us 
If you are on the "Transfer Domain" page. Enter your domain name (without www), IGNORE/ DO NOT enter any EPP Code/ Auth Code. 
Enter your "Captcha" code and then click "Add to Cart".

Step 3: Transfer Domain Configuration 
Add certain features to the domain i.e. ID Protection (WHOIS), Email Forwarding or add a Web Hosting account then click the "Continue" button to proceed to the Review and Checkout page.

Step 4: Review and Checkout 
From here you have the option to cancel registration process, edit domain or click the "Checkout" button to proceed to Checkout payment page.

Step 5: Checkout 
Enter personal information i.e. name and address, create a password and click on "Complete Order" button to proceed to payment page to pay. After you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation via email.Note: Solelyweb currently uses PayPal checkout to take payments. PayPal allows you to pay directly with PayPal or with Credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard etc to make payments.

Step 6: Email Confirmation 
After you have completed your domain "transfer" order, we will send you a confirmation via email about your transfer. Also, if you added i.e. a Web Hosting you will recieve a Web Hosting confirmation email.

Step 7: Contact your current provider and ask them to change the IPS TAG to ENOM . Some providers will allow you do this through a control panel. That will then update the system. 

If you are not able to contact the current IPS tag holder, or if the tag holder will not change the tag, you can ask Nominet UK to change the tag for you. They will attempt to contact the tag holder for your domain. If they do not receive a satisfactory reply, they will change the tag themselves. The procedure for doing this can be found on Nominet’s website here .

Note: There may be reasons why your current registrar will not change the tag, such as contractual obligations (ie: a transfer out fee). In these situations Nominet will not override any such agreements between you and your current registrar. .UK domains can be transferred even if they have expired, however it is advisable that you have at least 2 weeks registration remaining on the domain name.
