Forgot my Webmail password. How do I reset it?
Please note that reseting email password will also change your cPanel (Control Panel) password.
Step 1: Navigate to the Webmail login page.
Step 2: Within the "Webmail" page click "Reset Password" button just below the "Login" button.
Step 3: Next enter your cPanel "Username" (This will be your email address) and click the blue "Reset Password" button.
Step 4: Enter the email address to send the "security code" to and click "Send Security Code" button.
Step 5: Access your email, copy and paste the "Security Code" from email to the following field and click "Submit. You are now ready to change password.
Step 6: After clicking on "Submit". The below screen will be displayed. Enter your new Password and click set Password. You will be sent an email confirmation regarading password change
