Here at Solelyweb we offer two cancellation methods; immediate account cancellation or cancellation upon expiration.

Step 1: Login to Clientarea

Step 2: Enter your Username and Password. Click the “Login” button to access the Clientarea page.

Step 3: In the Clientarea page, locate “Services” and click on it.

Step 4: In “My Products and Services” page, click on the name of the product or service you wish to view and manage. (Some clients will have one or two products and services which is associate with different domain names.)

Step 5: Locate the “Request Cancellation” button and click on it.

Step 6: In “Account Cancellation Request” page, do the following:

• First, describe your reason for cancellation in the textbox provided (optional).
• Second, select if you want to domain associated with the product to be renewed again or not.
• Third, choose cancellation type which will either be immediate account cancellation or cancellation upon expiration.

Step 7: Click “Request Cancellation” button.

NOTE:

To be guaranteed a full refund (excluding domain names) choose “immediate” cancellation type and make sure cancellation is done within the 21 days money back guarantee period. Find out more .

If you choose the immediate cancellation option, the account will be suspended immediately after receiving the confirmation to your cancellation request. A copy of the account will be kept for a maximum of 7 calendar days. After that period the account will be terminated as well as the backup copy of it, which means we will not keep any of your files on the server.

If you request cancellation upon expiration, your account will be suspended 24 hours after its expiration date. A copy of the account will again be kept for a maximum of 7 calendar days and will be terminated afterwards.
