By default domain auto renewal is turned off. However, if you enable it and want to disable it again follow the step below.

Step 1: Login to Clientarea

Step 2: Enter your Username and Password. Click the “Login” button to access the Clientarea page.

Step 3: In the Clientarea page, locate “Domains” and click on it.

Step 4: In “My Domains” page select the checkbox adjacent to the domain name you wish to cancellation upon expiration.

Step 5: With the checkbox selected located and click on “With Selected” dropdown button which is located the bottom of the page. From the dropdown menu select “Auto Renewal Status”.

Step 6: In “Auto Renewal Status” page select “Disable Auto Renew” button. “Changes Saved Successfully!” message will be displayed at the top of the page.
