Here at Solelyweb we allow Domain names to be purchased individually without any related plan such as Hosting or Website Builder. All Domain names are free when you buy or renew a Hosting, Website Design, Weebly Website Builder and Website Management plan.

Domain name and Domain Privacy (ID Protect) fees are not refundable. However, they can be cancelled upon expiration. To cancel domain name upon expiration you have to turn off Automatic Domain Renewal option (by default it is turn off).

If you choose to cancel your shared hosting plan within the first 21 days of purchase Solelyweb will refund your money back in full. However, if you purchased the hosting plan with a domain name we will refund the difference in price of the hosting plan and the associated domain name/s.

If you choose to cancel your website builder plan within the first 21 days of purchase Solelyweb will refund your money back in full. However, if you purchased the website builder plan with a domain name we will refund the difference in price of the hosting plan and the associated domain name/s.

If you choose to cancel your SSL Certificate within the first 21 days of purchase Solelyweb will refund your money back in full (excluding any associated domain name/s).

If you choose to cancel your website design and development plan before the completing the “Requirement Form” we will refund your 25% deposit money back in full (excluding any associated domain name/s). There is no refund if cancellation request is made after the website design and development process starts.

We do have a 21 day money back guarantee for all of our website management plans. If you do cancel your website design plan within the first 30 days of purchase we will refund the difference in price of website management plan and the associated domain name.
