Domain Name Cancellation and Refund Policy
Domain name and Domain Privacy (ID Protect) fees are not refundable. However, they can be cancelled upon expiration. To cancel domain name upon expiration you have to turn off Automatic Domain Renewal option (by default it is turn off).
